3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide a valid business email address
- One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited
- You're responsible for all activity under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans

4.2 Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We offer a 14-day free trial of Professional features. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you can choose a paid plan or your account will be converted to a limited free tier.

- Keep your account credentials secure

AI-generated content (requirements documents, proposals, POC scaffolding) created through the Service is owned by you, subject to any third-party rights.

The Service integrates with third-party services (CRMs, calendars, AI providers). Your use of these integrations is subject to those services' terms. We're not responsible for third-party services.
9. AI and Machine Learning
Our Service uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) for various features. You understand that:
- AI outputs may not always be accurate
- You should review AI-generated content before use
- AI processing involves sending data to our AI providers
- We don't guarantee specific AI outcomes
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRESALES.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pre-Sales.io from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of third-party rights
13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for any reason with 30 days' notice.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and Your Content. You may export Your Content before termination. We may delete Your Content after 30 days.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Arbitration
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, except you may bring claims in small claims court.
15.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
16. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pre-Sales.io.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.
